Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to have a personal and behind the scenes tour of Le Chateau's new concept store in Mayfair Shopping Centre. Thanks to the ever-so-fashionable Jodi Bryans, I now have the insider scoop on the secrets behind their new designs and fashion collections!
Le Chateau was founded in 1959 by Herschel Segal in Montreal and was the first retailer in Canada to sell fashion's trendiest looks at affordable prices. What started as just a single store on Montreal's hippest street has now grown into a Canadian retail empire with 284 stores in Canada and Dubi.
Le Chateau today is a publicly owned fashion powerhouse that manufactures about 2 million garments a year in its own Canadian facilities and now includes menswear, denim, outerwear, footwear, handbags and accessories, as well as their worldly known ladies fashions.
Their Mayfair Mall location is celebrating the new concept store grand opening all this long weekend. This Saturday will feature a red carpet, DJ Hennassy will be spinning some amazing tunes and much, much more. You'll get to check out their newest fashion collections including their '70's Fall collection as well as walk upon their brand new marble flooring inspired by Europeans best. Not to mention checking out all the fabulous new displays right down to the clean cuts and fabulous details. Their new, spacious dressing rooms are well lit and easy to find. Each individual space tells a story and carries all you need to complete your perfect look.
