I
knew it was snowing a little when I went to sleep last night and here
in Victoria, we all think that it won't stick or, it will be gone by the
time I get up, but this morning proved me wrong! It's cold, white and
windy outside my front bay windows. On days like these, I love to turn
to our slow cooker. You get to come home to a warm meal that's been
stewing is savory sauces or taking in those mouth-watering aromas all
day.
Here
is a great recipe I found from the Thrifty Foods Kitchen. It's a
Hungarian-style dish with hearty vegetables and tender pull-apart pieces
